How your data is used
This website relies on third parties:
- Netlify hosts the website
- Cloudflare provides fonts to your browser
When you access this website, these third parties automatically collect access logs, which includes your IP address. Netlify does not store IP address for more than 30 days as stated in their own privacy notice. Cloudflare stores similar ‘Log Data’ which you can read more about in their own privacy policy.
The EWAC questionnaire web app does not collect or transfer any information. It uses a client-side script, meaning all calculations are done by your browser. All information is erased when you leave the page, for instance by closing your browser window or navigating to another address.
As a result, this questionnaire is safe to use in a clinical environment.
